It's Not About Sex, It's About Union

There is a popular movement in Christianity these days called Inclusion. Finally a challenge has been issued to the Church at large to step away from judgement and the condemnation of others that may not believe the same as they. No one is exempt from the arms of the Divine. I used to be very condemning, judgmental and exclusionary - a real pain in the arse.

I shared with the young man who does my hair this past week. He is gay and has had so much hurt in his life especially from the religious folk.

I spoke with him the concept of looking at the scriptures regarding homosexuality through metaphor - "that men should not lie with men" actually is just a pattern in the natural but in reality it is an exhortation to bring together masculine and feminine energies (ego/mind + Divinity).

He literally buckled over right there in the busy salon, making a funny sound as all the air exited his lungs and then breathing deeply in... laughing and then tears -  and set FREE. It isn't about sex, it is about union. Sex is just a physical pattern so that by it we can "see" what is unseen. Masculine and feminine energies are both within every human being. The feminine must willingly yield to the masculine - Divinity needs a framework or womb in which to incubate the life giving seed that is given. Without this union, there can be no manifestation of Christ.

As human beings we have both energies within one body (masculine and feminine or yin and yang) but they are in a state of imbalance; therefore we have male and female expressed in our physicality. In the case of homosexuality there is a blurring of this imbalance and the body expresses this imbalance as well. It is a sign in nature of the coming shift in consciousness and the state of “being” expressed, while the Spirit/mind/body is in flux. I also believe there is an influx of feminine energy to help guide us through or to balance out a highly male or masculine dominated era. After all, there is no male or female in the age to come - we will be Emanuel, formatted to renew life within the body as masculine seeds life into the feminine time and time again, quickening mortal to immortal and sustaining that state of being eternally.

These blurred beings are effeminate, highly artistic and carry within themselves a resonating sound that beckons us out of our judgement.

This chapter is monumentally important. We must grasp this template concerning homosexuality in order to move past judgment and into the all inclusive love that is the very fabric of the age to come.
